Execution & Oversight

  • OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) Meetings: The cornerstone of the process. Each week, DRYLAND leads the OAC meeting, ensuring discussions are structured, action items are documented, and accountability is maintained. The Owner, Architect (or Designer & related professionals), and Contractor provide updates on their respective disciplines, using this time to resolve issues, daylight potential risks, and align on next steps.

  • Project Dashboard & Deliverables: The dashboard guides weekly reporting, cost tracking, invoice processing, and milestone scheduling, ensuring every aspect of the project is managed with precision.
